With more than 15 years of prior experience in different positions of marketing around the world, Mir established the company in 2016, envisioning an institute which will help Bangladeshi students achieve their dreams and make their mark across the globe.

With his firm belief in PEC-Education’s success and his unflinching dedication, Mir Md Azizul Haq has had the most contribution in making PEC-Education a pioneer for the overseas admission and immigration consultancy, as well as an outstanding Training Centre for English Proficiency Tests like PTE, IELTS, TOEFL. Moreover, it is a matter of great achievement that PEC-Education has become one of the oldest as well as the best Training Centre for PTE Academic training in Bangladesh.
Educated in marketing management with an added bachelor of science degree, Mir was made familiar with courses focusing on the current financial theorem. Mir has excellent interpersonal and marketing and operations skills, including knowledge of procedures for providing superior marketing and management service for the customers as well as a productive and comfortable work environment for employees. Before founding PEC-Education, he worked as an Admin and Operations Manager in Time Efficient Services Australia Pty Ltd, New South Wales, Australia during 2011 to 2016. As a Service Assistant, he worked in Fuji Foods Limited, Yokohoma, Japan from 2009 to 2010. Moreover, as an Operation Manager, he served for The Thai Visa Application Centre (VFS Global) of The Royal Thai Embassy, Bangladesh from 2006 to 2007. At the same time, he served for the UK Visa application centre (VFS Global) in the British High Commission, Dhaka as an Operation Supervisor during the time period of 2004 to 2006. In the years between 2000 to 2004, he also worked as a coordinator in Mantrust Group, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
His highly proficient negotiation and persuasion skills make it easy to come to agreements and persuade people, organizations, to vendors to meet the company in the middle. This knack of his has made it possible for PEC-Education to gain a brand name of excellence in such a short time. Moreover, he has undergone overseas professional training tours in different countries like USA, Canada, Japan, China, Switzerland, Thailand and India. This experience has given him the opportunity to acquire overseas service experience as well cultural knowledge. During his journey overseas, he shared his views and attended many meetings arranged by overseas University students and representatives. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from Newport University, California, USA. Moreover, he was selected for BIZZ Award, USA in 2019 for his outstanding performance in Business Procedure.
