Definition of Lean- Six Sigma & Operational Excellence, Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology, Five Principles of Lean Thinking, some Tools from Lean & Six Sigma Methodologies, and how to use them to drive Problem Solving & Process Improvements. This Yellow Belt LIGHT programs will be delivered through hands-on exercises & LEAN Sigma Process Simulations to apply Teach-Do Technique to prepare the participants to actively participate in Problem Solving in a Lean-Sigma improvement projects in any Business.
Course Delivery and Timing
Course will be conducted through LIVE Virtual Zoom Sessions of 2 hours each, Total 12 hours in 6 sessions over two weeks of time on Mon, Tue, & Wed from 9 am to 11 am Bangladesh local time. Successful participants will receive their Yellow Belt LIGHT Certificate issued directly from CIBEx– Continuous Improvement for Business Excellence, USA.
